The property rental industry in the Philippines is not too organized. In fact, landlords still rely on antiquated word of mouth and signage on their property to advertise homes for rent. And prospective tenants still go through the arduous physical search for good homes to rent. Of course, there are online sites for home rental searches available. But they often just list down properties for rent without classifying them or adding other client-assistance functions. True, people need only to know a property address and location, the landlord’s contact information, and the pricing for any one rental unit.
